Sandhu Transport Training (“we”, “our”, “us”) aims to provide high-quality transport training services. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and under what conditions.

1. Course Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment (full or deposit) has been received.

By booking a course with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Deposits secure your course date and cover administrative costs.

3. Cancellations by You

More than 14 days before the course start date:

You may be eligible for a refund minus any non-refundable deposit and administrative fees.

Within 14 days of the course start date:

No refund will be issued.

Failure to Attend:

If you do not attend your scheduled course, no refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the course date.

  • We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for rescheduling.

  • Rescheduling within 7 days of the course may not be permitted.

5. Cancellations by Us

If Sandhu Transport Training cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances (including instructor illness, insufficient bookings, or events outside our control):

You will be offered either:

  • An alternative course date, or

  • A full refund of any payments made

We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or transfers may be considered in exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness) at our discretion. Evidence may be required.

7. Payment Method for Refunds

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
